friendly staff convenient location loud room sink issue
the location was very convenient. the staff was super friendly and helpful, especially robert, he were great for my daughter's birthday.
My room overlooked the train track. It was very loud. the sink did not drain properly, i had to fix it myself.

Really good Stay Near Tower Bridge!
large sitting area superb cutlery walk-in shower convenient location
I booked a Superior Suite Kitchen. I found a large sitting area with superb cutlery in the suite. The walk-in shower offered sheer luxury. I saw Tower Bridge from the room. The view was AMAZING!!! The location is convenient, only a two-minute walk from the Tower Hill Underground station.
The air conditioner did not have consistency. It randomly turned to hot air during the night. Lights had to be on for the air conditioner to function properly.

The breakfast included great variety. The restaurant also has an Italian menu in the evening. Plaman, the bartender, showed an educated approach to mixology. His drinks were fantastic.

The concierge service worked excellently. The reception staff acted politely and friendly. Staff members welcomed guests on early arrival with a decent waiting lounge. The staff is also supportive.

The room was spacious and clean. Everything seemed of a high standard. The shower was great, and the bathroom had a great size. The bed was comfortable!
